Turnover cleaning (guest changeovers)

Turnover means cleaning between check-out and the next guest arrival. The goal is a property that is reliably guest-ready — with a defined workflow and a final quality check.

Optional add-ons

Add-ons are agreed separately, e.g., laundry, windows, terraces, pool area or storm checks. The exact scope depends on the property.

Home Care Service – Property supervision while you’re away

Home Care Service means regular property checks while you are not on the island. It is not cleaning — it is supervision, risk reduction and structured reporting.
