Does Anjo Cleaning manage rentals?

No. We do not manage rentals, platforms or bookings. We focus on Property Care, Premium Guest Relation, Premium Concierge Services, Clean Services, Premium Storm Check and selected AL preparation on site.

What is Premium Property Care?

Regular visual checks, preparation before owner stays and clear feedback on the condition of the home. The aim is local presence and early recognition of visible issues.

What is the difference between Guest Relation and Premium Concierge Services?

Premium Guest Relation is for booked guests: arrival, introduction, questions and departure. Premium Concierge Services is private support for owners, family or trusted stays.

When does Premium Storm Check make sense?

After wind, heavy rain, longer absence or whenever you need remote clarity about visible exterior and interior areas.

Which properties fit Premium AL-Alojamento?

Selected Alojamento Local properties where quality, preparation and feedback are more important than volume processing.
