3. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes personal data, including IP addresses, as a processor for hosting purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation.

4. Server logs

• Data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, status code and transferred data volume.
• Purpose: technical stability, security, attack detection and troubleshooting.
• Retention: logs are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for hosting or security purposes.

5. Contact form and enquiries

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, any optional property location or municipality and timeframe you provide, your message, a record that you acknowledged this Privacy Policy, the page URL and technical metadata required for secure delivery. The data is sent to our business email account and is not used to create a website user account. The contact form is solely for a non-binding enquiry. No bookings or contracts are concluded through the website.

6. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries and taking steps toward a possible quotation or contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Contract performance and service coordination if a contract is later concluded outside the website: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting duties: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Secure operation and prevention of misuse: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Optional pseudonymised visitor statistics and Google Analytics: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where such consent has been given.

7. Retention periods

• Enquiries without a subsequent contract: up to 12 months, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer storage is exceptionally required or justified by law.
• Contract, invoicing and accounting data: for the applicable statutory retention periods.
• Security data: only as long as necessary for the relevant security purpose.

8. Recipients

Personal data is disclosed only where required for hosting, email delivery, contractual performance, professional advisers or legal obligations. If statistics are enabled, Google receives data processed through Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager in accordance with the relevant settings and Google privacy information. We do not sell personal data.

9. Cookies, local storage, visitor statistics and Google Analytics

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice so that the banner does not reappear on every page. If you choose “Allow statistics”, this positive choice is additionally stored in the first-party cookie anjo_pdf_consent. This cookie is used solely so that our server accepts optional PDF-download tracking only when statistics consent has been granted; it is removed when “Necessary only” is selected. The PDFs themselves remain accessible regardless of your choice and are delivered without tracking when statistics consent has not been granted. Independently of that choice, the website performs a strictly aggregated reach count. It records the date, requested page path, language, any available technical campaign source, the status of the privacy choice, and the number of page views or clicks on the WhatsApp button. For this aggregated count, our database does not store an IP address, user agent, cookie ID, LocalStorage ID or individual visitor identifier. A WhatsApp click only means that the button on our website was activated; we cannot determine whether a message was subsequently sent. If you choose “Allow statistics”, the website additionally activates our pseudonymised visitor statistics and Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. This additional first-party statistic processes, among other data, the page URL and title, language, a random session identifier, referrer and available campaign information through our own server endpoint. Google Analytics processes usage and device information to measure website reach and use. The Google Analytics measurement ID is G-6HF1YEKB8Z and the Google Tag Manager container is GTM-5BLRDDSL. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are loaded only after you choose “Allow statistics”. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. Choosing “Necessary only” prevents the additional pseudonymised visitor statistics from starting and removes the related local identifiers; the strictly aggregated count described above remains active. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer and withdraw consent for statistics with effect for the future. 11. Required contact-form data and consequences of not providing it

Your name, email address, requested service, message and confirmation that you have read and acknowledged this Privacy Policy are required to submit the form. Your phone number, property location or municipality and timeframe are optional. Without the required information, the enquiry cannot be submitted through the form and cannot be handled by us through this channel. Providing these details does not conclude a contract through the website.
