This Privacy Policy explains how Anjo Cleaning Unipessoal Lda. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

2. Data protection contact
For privacy enquiries, please contact: info@anjo-cleaning.com.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes personal data, including IP addresses, as a processor for hosting purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation.
4. Server logs
- Data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, status code and transferred data volume.
- Purpose: technical stability, security, attack detection and troubleshooting.
- Retention: logs are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for hosting or security purposes.
5. Contact form and enquiries
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, message, consent record, page URL and technical metadata required for secure delivery. The data is sent to our business email account and is not used to create a website user account.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotations: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Contract performance and service coordination: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting duties: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Secure operation and prevention of misuse: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Retention periods
- Enquiries without a subsequent contract: up to 12 months, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer storage is justified.
- Contract, invoicing and accounting data: for the applicable statutory retention periods.
- Security data: only as long as necessary for the relevant security purpose.
8. Recipients
Personal data is disclosed only where required for hosting, email delivery, contractual performance, professional advisers or legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
9. Cookies, local storage and visitor statistics
Necessary local storage records your privacy choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. If you select “Allow statistics”, the website also creates a random session identifier and stores the first page visited, referral information and available campaign parameters in local storage. Page URL, page title, language, a pseudonymised IP hash, browser information and these campaign details are then sent to our own server endpoint and stored in the visitor statistics database. The data is used only to understand website use and enquiries; no advertising profile is created and no data is sold. Selecting “Necessary only” prevents this visitor tracking and removes the related local identifiers. You can change the choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
10. Your rights
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent
